Describe the bug
Believe it or not, this is a screenshot of a video playing over at /r/roadcam
slika

When playing videos from certain hosts (e.g. streamable, v.redd.it, etc. — but not youtube, youtube works fine) on old reddit, the video will briefly show normally and then quickly collapse to 0px tall, as in the screenshot.

To Reproduce

  1. Have RES installed
  2. Go to /r/roadcam or another subreddit that commonly includes embeds from streamable or v.redd.it. Our resident /r/videos more or less only links to youtube, so that will not suffice.
  3. Video will briefly play normally, and then immediately disappear once Ultrawidify kicks in

Expected behavior
4. Video should remain visible forever.

Browser and OS

  • Browser/browser version: Firefox @ windows/linux (presumably chrome as well but not gonna test)
  • Operating system: Win10, linux
  • Ultrawidify version: 4.5.1

Additional info
It's the addition of the position: absolute; to base <video> css, innit?
