• in package.json replace

  +"react-native-music-control": "swrlab/react-native-music-control#1.5.1",

• build android app on device with Android 12
• do whatever is necessary to cause ForegroundServiceStartNotAllowedException (Android 12) #400

Please test this version. This is a guess-fix, as I cannot reproduce the error by myself.
