- Include only required and more up-to-date packages - Add doxygen and pkg-config to resolve cmake warnings - Add make as a dependency as it is required in the build process

I attached the output of the
conda env exportcommand using the updatedenvironment.ymlfile on a freshly installed Ubuntu 24.04 machine. The build process is also tested on Ubuntu 18.04 and Fedora 40.conda env export.txt
