Added '--azure-storage-sas-url' switch which allows for pushing the output file to Azure Storage using shared access signature (SAS) URLs. Added '--azure-storage-sas-url-log-file' switch which allows for pushing the output log file to Azure Storage using shared access signature (SAS) URLs.
