The Task Group would like to submit a package of terms for public review including MaterialEntity and some basic properties that make MaterialEntity useful. We have set a deadline for submission at May 1, 2023 to keep us focused. We agree that we will work in this order to develop the package of terms:

1. New Term MaterialEntity is ready for review
2. Add materialEntityID
3. Review existing terms for inclusion as properties of MaterialEntity
4. Review terms and changes in current review package to see if they are applicable properties of MaterialEntity. Specifically vitality
5. Create new terms if we can, but don't let this stop progress - we can add terms after this package has been reviewed.
