Shooter fully tested. Added:

Shooter pivot in both simulation and real with PID
Shooter flywheel in both simulation and real with PID and Feedforward
Ports for all motors
Basic indexer (can run at voltage)
RobotState with Mechanism2d and Robot-relative poses for AdvantageScope visualization
Automatically commit when deploying code
