auto tagging version for imported component not shown in bit show or as staged

Use the jsons from #591 (or just import from bitsrc 2 components which depend on each other)
Modify and tag a component which used by another one.
you should see that the dependent component has been auto-tagged (output message).
run bit show for the dependent component.
you don't see the new version
run bit status.
you don't see the dependant as staged (only the one you tagged directly)
