RMB not working

Hello, I have built your mouse switch but right mouse button is not working at all.
If I short D4 diode, it's ok.

I tried to reverse the diode, but it's not helping. Only the short circuit settles things.

Is there anything in the design that I should pay attention on?

Sorry for being flaky on this, I was working on an updated version when I remembered that I had a kid.
