Tabs for all log levels with websocket streams for each
Start, Stop, Restart.
List Members, List Roles

Definitely want to go with Discord OAuth for access for this. Add a command that can authorize users or roles to view the entire thing? Should any pages be more restricted?

Since we are limiting scope to view only and discord servers are public and we don't log anything sensitive we may forgo adding authentication at this time.
