- After a welcome by SB and a introduction of the 13 participants AB gave a short overview of the current process, resumed the goals of the whole initiative of the convergence of the qwat and QGEP group.
- Then Yves Fidalgo, external expert from Plates Bandes et Figuro Design introduced the general process of naming - possible strategies, quality aspects of a (new) name, implications and meanings of a name.
- The group reflexted on various axes of aspects of a new name
- Decisions taken: The new name and focus will be Switzerland. And the new name should be a general name with a modular add-on for the different media (water, waste water, etc)
- After the lunch break Yves Fidalog presented the first thoughts and maquettes of a website
- In the afternoon the focus was on roles and processes - AB presented a first draft and the group discuss various aspects and options.
- All Presentations and maquette access will be sent to all QGEP and qwat members by email.
- Also the draft for a code of conduit
- All members are invited to study the documents, discuss it internally and give feedback towards SB and AB personally or by email until end of October.
- During the workshop II the process should fine tune name, website concept, processes and roles and code of conduit so that we will have final propositions to decide on by begin of December.
