Describe the feature request
I want to define the default sorting Column inside scale-data-grid including shown sorting arrow on header of the column

Describe the use case
yes, I can sort the data shown in the grid before hand over to the dataGrid, but I also want that the user can see the sorting on the header of the column.

Describe alternatives you've considered
sorting data on my own, but then I can not set the sorting arrow on the column header
