Updated the version of telliot-feeds from 0.1.19 to 0.1.20.
Updated the version of telliot-core required in setup.cfg to reflect the newest version 0.3.3
added Frax Chains as an option inside of constants.py and set it up so that the native gas token is calculated using the eth_usd_feed due to frxETH and ETH being 1:1 interchangeable but the token symbol is the accurate frxETH
