Summary
This pull request fixes the
uniswapV3anduniswapV3Poolsources which were broken when Uniswap shut down the hosed subgraph and migrated to the newhttps://gateway-arbitrum.network.thegraph.com/apidomain.An api key is required now, so this shouldn't be merged into main until the key example is added to telliot-core's init scripts.
Steps Taken to QA Changes
All feeds which have a uniswap source tested and confirmed working / accurate.
