Split examples of FactSyntax, remove unnecessary dependency in FreeMa…

Makes `FactSyntax` not depend on `AllEquations` and `FreeMagma` not
depend on `EquationalResults`. We need this to avoid cyclic dependencies
on meta code. This is a cleanup that I'm factoring out of #459
