Follow up of terraform-linters/tflint-ruleset-terraform#196

Until now, the test runner was not able to handle sensitive values, making it impossible to detect problems like terraform-linters/tflint-ruleset-terraform#196 in unit tests.

This PR adds support for the sensitive attribute on variable blocks, making it easier to test marked values like the following:

variable "sensitive" {
  default = "secret"
  sensitive = true
}
