Describe The Problem You Are Having:

1. Updater shows the same library multiple times during the library selection step when 0 - Select users and libraries. is selected.
   1. Minor issue
2. Depending on modifications between updater runs, libraries may show under both blacklist and whitelist
   1. Major issue
