Issue with Precise Volume changing volume when using arrow keys in Search Menu

Reproduce

• Enable Precise Volume Plugin
• Enable Local Arrowkey Controls
  
• Have something playing
• Open the search bar and search for something
• Use the arrow keys to navigate the search results

Observation

• We see that the precise volume plugin is receptive to these keypresses and changes the volume, when my intention was to navigate the search results. The plugin doesn't stop the keypresses from moving around in the search results, but also changes the volume, which is not intended.

How to fix

• Make the Precise Volume Plugin ignore keypresses if the search bar is focused
