Some small changes to NC plugin to bring it back :)

@the-djmaze Some quality improvements for OIDC login (and also nextcloud login):

Logout if the explicitly defined credentials in settings/user/additional are changed
Allow credentials defined in settings/user/additional to over-ride the OIDC login
Allow multi account support even when logged in with OIDC by checking login username v/s accont email
