🗒️ Description
In addition to the global file addition in PR #3124 this PR adds the rest of the changes in the-events-calendar/the-events-calendar#4682 to add the file path to the composer.json and update the composer.lock hash.
This PR also includes updates to the
changelog.mdfile to match the expected formatting for the changelogger tool.✔️ Checklist
