Add the IDOBAO Montex V2 40% Numeric keypad

Description

The IDOBAO Montex V2 is the second iteration of the Montex RGB, and features a simplified WS2812 LED matrix, and now features 6 VIA programmable layers.

Yeah. Pending PR on the custom codes. Only works for Factory keymap anyway.
