相簿界面不会显示发布时间，查找的时候比较麻烦
还是根据vue属性读取发布时间并显示出来

PS：由于 https://space.bilibili.com 在切换不同界面时使用vue-router实现，而关注时间显示和该功能都基于urlInclude执行，因此切换到对应页面后必须刷新才会生效。我考虑之后通过MutationObserver检测页面变化来实现切换页面检测已尝试修复该问题
