Activity Centers for Windows Me Beta 1

Here's what you need to do to use the patched files available above:

Get an ISO of build 2380.2
Place shell32.dll and webvw.dll from this GitHub repo into the WIN9X folder
Save the ISO
Install the build from the edited ISO
