Add auto package and upload to test Pypi at each push (if the version into setup.py changes), see below for installation from it:
python -m pip3 install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ --extra-index-url https://pypi.org/simple/ TheengsGatewayFor each tag, we will upload it to PyPI.
