From TCM PNPT Course, very fast IP alive scanner
Useage - ./ipsweep.sh XXX.XXX.XXX Where XXX.XXX.XXX = ipv4 /24 subnet to scan without a trailing dot.
Also can >> to a txt file for use later in commands. I.E. ./ipsweep 192.168.11 >> ipalive.txt
