The regression in Zephyr mainline is fixed with
zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr#38374 , so
the XCC build can be renabled for cAVS targets.

Thanks for expediting this as it puts Zephyr CI back on its feet.

Confirmed tgl and tlg-h are built with xcc in https://sof-ci.01.org/sofpr/PR4732/build10238/build/ (apl is still built with the Zephyr SDK)

The only checkpatch warning is some "Re-enable" codespell, don't care.

BYT_MB_NOCODEC was not available at all in https://sof-ci.01.org/sofpr/PR4732/build10238/devicetest/, obviously unrelated to this.

Everything else is green.
