issue after upgrade to 4.11 from 4.8.2

i just updated and now terrarium pi won't start. it seems to fail loading at the weather part. i get only this in the debug console and it just stops:

Actually I do not know why it does not work. I have tried you url and that works with my 4.11 version.

What could be an issue is the calendar. Sometimes it can give problems. If you did not add custom events to your agenda, than you can safely delete the file: data/calendar.ics and restart TP in debug mode.
