Hi there!

Have you tried the latest release? It addresses this specific issue.

Hi @UnseenThreat!

Can you try deselecting your GPU (select something like Microsoft Basic Render Driver), reselecting your desired device, and restart the Stream Deck app?

Thanks,

Noah

I'm having a similar issue. My computer has both integrated and dedicated graphics. While I could deselect the Microsoft Basic Render Driver, it tries to revert to my integrated graphics and won't stay selected on my dedicated graphics card.

What version are you on? The latest should be v1.2.3.

Hi @AtlasUltimate,

Thanks for the issue report! I have confirmed that there is an issue when selecting an integrated card, that causes the plugin to crash. I was able to resolve it, however. Please try the following steps:

  1. Uninstall the plugin (right click on the right panel, hit Uninstall)
  2. Reinstall the plugin (download the release from GitHub, and double click to install)
  3. On the dropdown, select the dedicated card ONLY, as selecting integrated cards causes the app to malfunction
  4. Settings will be saved and the card will show up on PC restart

Test laptop specs:
AMD Ryzen™ 9 8945HS
NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060 Laptop GPU
Windows 11

I will update the README and the plugin description to reflect the fact that integrated cards are unsupported.

Please let me know if you need anything else from my end, I'd be happy to help.
