Description

Qanet, 2.3.0-alpha12.

A clear description of the bug is:

The tooltip in the bridge stellar address is only pointing to the dev address and doesn't change when the network changes.

The address is changed now for QAnet than DEVnet
But for Testnet got error:
Error: Account does not exist on the network. Make sure that you copied account address correctly and there was at least one payment to this address.
