WIP:
I started with the new dashboard test suite.
I found 6 failed cases, some of which had issues, and others were created:

Reached 17 failed, and new issues created:

• Reject color needs change on light mode DAO vote  tfgrid-sdk-ts#2280
• (QA/Testnet Verification) Tooltip in the stellar bridge address is only pointing to the dev address despite changing the network tfgrid-sdk-ts#2282
• Some DAO votes are missing data and votes tfgrid-sdk-ts#2283
• (Testnet Verification) Data migration isn't working on testnet 3.13 release tfgrid-sdk-ts#2284
• Add address validation for farm stellar payout address tfgrid-sdk-ts#2286
• Clear the inputs in farm IPs after adding them tfgrid-sdk-ts#2287

• Iperf test tabs are not shown correctly on some of the nodes tfgrid-sdk-ts#2294
