(Testnet Verification) Data migration isn't working on testnet 3.13 release

Description

A clear description of the bug is:

The old deployment from the old testnet version isn't showing up in their deployment page list on the new testnet release.

they are only showing on the your contracts page.

They are not showing on any deployment page, and they aren't even showing as failed to load deployments.

Must include any relevant identifiers, like:

• Network: Testnet

• Version: 2.3.0-alpha12

• Twin ID: 579

• Contract ID: different solutions can be found in the picture, contracts ID from 31110 to 31126.

it's not related to the migration, but as the custom network is used, you won't be able to see the deployments.
