Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The frontend currently uses day.js for date manipulations and locale date representations. The backend currently uses pythons built in datetimel ib.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be an easy way to convert dates into a localized format for the language set by the subscriber.
