UPDATE: now statically linked in order to really be universal

• the first version with documentation (bar the advanced section)
• new "universal installer" system
• no more horrible setuid'd "uinput helper" hacks
• fix a bug where the program would just die if a pipe breaks
• add a whichkey command to locate your keys (especially for multi-button mice or keypads)
• fix several build warnings
