This change should update the colorschemes in the repo automatically (based on tinted-theming/base16-schemes) every Sunday.
I just used the CONTRIBUTING.md we have on other repos. I plan on creating a single one in the Home repo and just link to that but I just need to get around to doing that and updating everything.
