"Settings" sorely lacking: Needs some actual account settings.

I made the tragic mistake of skipping setting up one of my accounts just to try this out. There now appears to be no easy way to rectify this. The "settings" button has zero information regarding accounts - but it really ought to.

When you launch app it should present list of all enabled sources if some of them are not setup.
If you didn't setup some account, it should be possible to login into it unless you've manually disabled that source in settings.
