This pulls the OME viewer widget into a different module (independent of napari plugin).
It makes it so that the widget will show metadata for the currently selected layer (if possible).
note: none of these changes make this library dependent on Qt or napari or anything new. If ome-types is installed into an environment with napari, it will work, otherwise it's invisible.
