Just adding a minor clarification. Trivial PRs are understood as typo fixes, whitespace/capitalization changes in a single file, etc. /cc @jayvdb who raised a related point in #1839.

To be fair, it was quite a bit of text ;) also, note that this is about non-trivial PRs themselves; the bit about non-trivial reviews of other people's PRs did get included in #1839.
