neuro-nautilus

nautilus script for handy nifti manipulations via right click. Work also in other file manager of other linux disto. Just find the folder where to place the files.

Installation

1. save the script in: $HOME/.local/share/nautilus/scripts
2. open terminal there and 'chmod +x $(ls)'

Requirements:

1. FSL
2. ANTs
3. Python [imageio, numpy, nibabel, scipy.ndimage,matplotlib]
4. docker freesurfer/synthstrip
