Please add an option to start the tour at a specific step

The new option startWith has been added to the tour options. You can specify the name of the steo (plus the route if you're in a multi-page context) to start the tour with that specific step.

currently if using startWith it removes the steps before that one. Can you please change it so it doesn't remove the previous steps. In the image that is my second step but its saying its the first

@ArnoMyOnlinePresence I made that because I thought it was weird to start a tour just in the middle for a user. I can do this modification, would you like to see the prev button and be able to navigate back to the first step then or is it just a matter of counter?

Fixed and released in the new version 2.2.8.
