Only allow 1 instance, as currently it will run multiple instances if you start Blink1Control2 multiple times. (which leads to unexpected effects like the event sources running multiple times,... without it being obvious, since its running minimized)

I believe this is fixed. Thanks! It was fixed before, but the app tool Blink1Control2 uses changed how they do this.
