This releases fixes to the alt scheduler, exposes the unstable poll duration metric, and the I/O WriteHalf fix.

Doesn't it make more sense for this to be a patch release, given that it's contains only bugfixes?

The mean task poll time metric is a new feature, so it has to be a minor release.
