Maybe as additional header on top of source row?
Maybe just to Timing section - i.e. split into 2 sections?

Improved LD instruction table appearance in details #28, #30
fa20f67 
- The table is wider now, extending below instruction title
- Columns are wider for better readability
- Rows use alternating background colour
- Some vertical lines are stronger for simpler visual tracking
- Timing is split into 8/16 bit sections
- Corrected typo in timing `(rr),A` (was `rr,A`)

Done, since table doesn't really have place for this, split timing section into 2 tables, one for 8-bit, the other for 16-bit instructions.
