This alpha release adds some new features, but isn't 100% stable yet.
I'm publishing it mainly to try to fix #11
Features:
- upgrade telegram lib (trying to fix #11 )
- first attempt to count remaining active missions
- show missions and bounty rewards (the total amount isn't really exact yet, sorry)
- notify when all missions are completed.
- notify about pirates killed and total reward
- notify when shields status changes
- automatically load the new journal file when it changes
- update go version to 1.19
- update building pipeline
