0.13.7: Now Supporting Current libGDX

This makes gdx-utils compatible with libGDX 1.9.12, which had several breaking changes. You can also use a Gradle dependency via JitPack or the more-common Maven Central (which is how libGDX is distributed). Thanks to @barkholt for making this release happen!

0.13.6 Minor Update

This release mostly handles the switch to Git and GitHub instead of Mercurial and BitBucket (which has now deleted the original repo). There's some Gradle updates, nothing too major. This has JARs for the regular libgdx-utils part and the libgdx-utils-box2d part, with binary, javadoc, and source.
