Wind abbreviations
Today wind direction is using English "NW, SE" abbreviations. For some data sources, like Swedish Sjöfartsverket ViVa (https://github.com/patrickribbing/sjofartsverket_viva-component), wind direction is expressed in Swedish "NV, SO". It would be good to include this feature in general localization.
