5-Point-Smileys for LimeSurvey (forked from tpartner's initial solution, now with adapted styling)

A custom question theme for a 5-point smiley scale in LimeSurvey 3.x

Implementation:

1. Extract the download and upload the "5-point-smileys" folder to /pathToLimeSurvey/upload/themes/question/.

2. Create a 5 point choice question, click Save.
   

3. Set the question setting "Question theme" to "5-point-smileys", click Save.
   

4. The styles for the theme can be modified in /pathToLimeSurvey/upload/themes/question/5-point-smileys/survey/questions/answer/5pointchoice/assets/css/5PointSmiley.css.
