Remote Sensing and GIS in coral bleaching analysis practical.
SeaBloom uses AI models (CNNs and RNNs) + LiDAR to detect and pinpoint healthy corals to later selectively breed and transplant.
This repository contains code used in the analysis of coral bleaching survey data collected across the Hawaiian Archipelago during the 2019 bleaching event. We investigated spatial, temporal, and taxa-specific variability in bleaching, as well as drivers of the event. See README for more information on downloading archived data.
This repository contains code used to develop an automated bleaching classifier in CoralNet (https://coralnet.ucsd.edu). See README for overview of code, and link to more information on the development of the classifier.
