R Package for Analyzing John Snow's 1854 Cholera Map
Dr. John Snow was a famous British physician. In this project, we're not only going to rediscover his "data story", but reanalyze the data that he collected in 1854 and recreate his famous map (also called The Ghost Map).
Georeferenced data from John Snow's iconic 1854 cholera map, including spatial files for cholera case locations, water pump locations, and the georeferenced base map. Ideal for historical analysis, visualisation, and spatial epidemiology studies.
