Allows importing of CVE Data from NVD into PostgreSQL. By taking in JSON data and converting it to a more usable relational dataset

Syncs the mitre CVE JSON dumps to a PostgreSQL DB using Quartz and Kafka and exposes a rest API for running full text searches against the DB.

The data is extracted from the MITER CVE Database with the redhat API and stored in mongoDB as JSON format.
