testコードをhakocからhakopyベースへ変更 #43

testディレクトリにあるtestプログラムをhakopyベースへ変更する
あわせてpythonのhakocはobsoluteへ
現状はhakocをimportできない

ImportError: dynamic module does not define module export function (PyInit_hakoc)
