Removes [ip](https://github.com/indutny/node-ip). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [ip](https://github.com/indutny/node-ip), [@angular-builders/custom-webpack](https://github.com/just-jeb/angular-builders/tree/HEAD/packages/custom-webpack) and [@angular-devkit/build-angular](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.
